Fila is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original tags and the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
